The Factory Worker is responsible for performing various tasks in the production process, operating machinery, maintaining work areas, and ensuring that products meet quality standards. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Operate and maintain machinery and production equipment.
Assemble, package, or prepare products according to company standards.
Inspect materials and products for defects or deviations from specifications.
Follow safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Load, unload, and move materials or products as needed.
Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors.
Work as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines.
