We are seeking a skilled and efficient In-House Architect to oversee the design, planning, and execution of architectural projects within the company. The ideal candidate will ensure that all projects align with company standards, regulatory requirements, and functional objectives while maintaining aesthetic standards and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop architectural designs, plans, and specifications for company projects
Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, construction, project management) to ensure cohesive project execution.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design integrity
Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and vendors when necessary
Support renovation, expansion, and maintenance projects across company properties.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field
Licensed Architect (newly licensed architects are welcome to apply)
Proven experience in architectural design and project management
Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and materials
Proficient in design software & Computer literate
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
Must possess a Driver's License.
Skills & Competencies
Proficiency in design & rendering software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, D5 Render or similar)
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Effective stakeholder communication and collaboration
Budgeting and cost-control awareness
