Job Summary

The IT Officer is responsible for maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring system reliability, and providing technical support to users. The role supports daily operations by managing hardware, software, and network systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Maintain and monitor IT systems, servers, and network infrastructure
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems and applications
• Ensure data security, backups, and system updates are properly implemented
• Coordinate with vendors for IT services and equipment
• Document IT processes and maintain system records

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience in IT support, systems administration, or network management
• Knowledge of hardware, software, and networking fundamentals
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and customer support skills
