We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented ServiceNow Support Specialist to join our team in Muntinlupa, Philippines. This role is key to ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of our ServiceNow platform, supporting both IT and HR operations.

💼 Role: ServiceNow Support Specialist
🎯 Incident Management: Monitor and resolve incidents, service requests, and HR cases within ServiceNow.
🔧 Module Enhancement: Perform break-fixes and implement configuration updates across ITSM and HRSD modules.
🧩 Technical Design: Configure workflows, UI policies, business rules, notifications, and scheduled jobs.
📊 Reporting & Analytics: Develop reports, Performance Analytics, KRIs, and KPIs for operational and process insights.
👥 HRSD Support: Manage Case Management, Knowledge Management, HR Agent Workspace, and Employee Center.
🛠 ITSM Processes: Support Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management processes.
🤖 Automation: Leverage Flow Designer and IntegrationHub to automate workflows such as onboarding and offboarding.
🌐 System Integration: Maintain integrations with HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors) and IT tools (e.g., CMDB, Active Directory) via REST/SOAP APIs.
✅ Testing & Validation: Perform unit testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for platform changes.
📚 Documentation: Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and user guides.
✔ Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, specifically in ITSM and HRSD modules.
✔ Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow core tables.
✔ Process Expertise: Solid understanding of ITIL best practices, HRSD lifecycle events, and HR case security policies.
✔ Compliance & Optimization: Experience in platform upgrades, performance tuning, and security compliance.
✔ Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with HR and IT teams effectively.
