Position Description:
CGI is seeking an experienced Senior Engineer to play a key role in mentoring junior team members, evaluating emerging technologies, and contributing to continuous improvement across the engineering function. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex software or infrastructure solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Review code, ensure best practices, and maintain high standards for software quality and maintainability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production and development environments.
- Participate in architectural discussions and propose scalable, efficient system designs.
- Drive automation and optimization initiatives to improve system performance and reliability.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies and evaluate their potential impact.
- Develop and maintain documentation, white papers, and training materials to support knowledge transfer for customers and junior team members.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through reliable support and service delivery.

- Must be amenable to work onsite 3x a week at McKinley, Taguig (Midshift)
