Job Overview:
The Digital Data Analyst under the Digital Analytics & Transformation Unit is responsible for end-to-end digital and business analytics implementation—transforming complex datasets into actionable insights that drive decision-making across internal business units and external clients. This role will utilize advanced tools such as Power BI, GA4, Adobe Analytics, and other platforms to create intelligent dashboards, conduct predictive and behavioral analytics, and power decision intelligence across multiple digital ecosystems. The role combines analytical rigor, technical capability, and a strong understanding of user behavior, digital strategy, and data storytelling. This position will play a key role in enabling data driven culture within the organization while also contributing to the commercialization of NextGen analytics products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Analytics Execution and Reporting
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI and other BI tools.
- Implement and manage tracking across digital platforms using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Adobe Analytics.
- Develop insights from digital campaigns, user behavior, and engagement metrics.
- Translate business problems into analytical frameworks and provide data-driven solutions.
2. Advanced Analytics and Data Modeling
- Conduct segmentation, cohort analysis, trend forecasting, and correlation modeling.
- Support development of predictive and prescriptive models using structured and unstructured data.
- Use statistical techniques to generate hypotheses and validate optimization initiatives.
3. Data Integration and Automation
- Collaborate with the development team to automate ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
- Manage data pipelines from platforms such as SQL databases, APIs, GA4, CRM systems, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and reliability across all analytics outputs.
4. Client and Stakeholder Engagement
- Support analytics requirements for 18 internal business units and up to 20 external clients.
- Customize data deliverables based on industry (retail, e-commerce, BPO, fintech, etc.).
- Present findings and dashboards to non-technical audiences with a focus on decision enablement.
5. Innovation and NextGen Product Development
- Collaborate with Product and Development teams on NextGen applications including Score, Survey, and Hub.
- Contribute ideas for analytics feature improvements and UX data layer integration.
- Participate in testing new tools, POCs, and sandbox environments.
Required Qualifications:
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science,
Economics, or related field.
• Certifications in Power BI, Google Analytics, or Adobe Analytics are a plus.
Experience:
• At least 2 years of experience in digital or business analytics.
• Strong background in dashboarding, reporting, and digital insights.
• Experience working with large datasets and various data sources.
Technical Skills:
• Proficient in Power BI (DAX, M Query, data modeling).
• Strong command of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Adobe
Analytics.
• Intermediate to advanced SQL querying.
• Experience with data wrangling using Excel, Python, or R is a plus.
• Understanding of digital KPIs such as conversion rate, bounce rate, CTR, time on site,
funnel metrics, etc.

• Exposure to UX/UI analytics or product analytics tools (Hotjar, Mixpanel, etc.).
• Previous experience supporting both internal and external (client-facing) analytics
initiatives.
