Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented NON-IT Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, calling, recruiting, and hiring candidates for light industrial positions such as Admin Assistant, Office Coordinator, Medical Assistant, Compliance Administrator, Sales, Collection, CSR, Accounting clerks, Bookkeeper, Maintenance Tech, Assembly line workers, Warehouse Associates, Forklift, Material Handler, Labourer, Driver and Machine operators. Your duties will include screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure timely placement of qualified candidates. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the light industrial sector, excellent communication skills -and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
