About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking an Implementation Analyst to support their Professional Services team, leading end-to-end deployments of a SaaS platform across municipal government clients. This role combines project leadership, client engagement, and product expertise—guiding customers through configuration, setup, data migration, and training to ensure successful system adoption.

The Implementation Analyst will work closely with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions, ensuring each customer realizes measurable value while delivering a seamless and high-quality onboarding experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full implementation lifecycle for new customers, from kickoff through go-live, managing multiple concurrent implementations for small-to-mid-sized municipal clients.
• Conduct discovery sessions to gather business requirements, workflows, and success metrics, translating them into system configurations.
• Configure and customize the SaaS platform based on client-specific use cases while maintaining best practices and scalability.
• Coordinate with Data Engineers on data imports and integrations, performing QA testing to validate functionality and data integrity prior to go-live.
• Deliver customer training sessions to ensure user adoption and proficiency across departments.
• Monitor project timelines, proactively managing scope, risks, dependencies, and overall project health.
• Document configurations, implementation decisions, and knowledge base materials to support consistency and scalability.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth transition and ongoing client success post-launch.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend best practices to optimize future implementations.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Professional Services or Implementation experience supporting Enterprise SaaS products.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, cloud environments, and data management principles.
• Working knowledge of data concepts such as file formats, field mapping, and data validation, with the ability to coordinate effectively with technical teams.
• Experience using tools such as Wrike, HubSpot, Salesforce, Jira, or similar implementation and project tracking platforms.
• Proven experience working directly with clients and managing multiple implementation projects simultaneously.
• Ability to manage client relationships professionally, set expectations, and communicate effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies, tools, and business domains.
