We’re adding a highly motivated, empathetic, and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to our growing team. This is a fully remote position. You’ll be a key part of our customer-facing operations, serving as the first line of support for Tenant Turner users through live chat and email.
In this role, you’ll help customers troubleshoot issues, answer product questions, and get the most out of Tenant Turner’s leasing automation platform. You’ll work during US business hours and collaborate closely with our US-based support and operations team.
