Your Role:
As an Administration Assistant, you will:
Draft invoices from data provided from truck drivers when completing jobs.
Manage reports for relevant council departments and other reporting bodies.
Execute other ad hoc administration tasks as required.
Coordinate with onsite office staff for the approval of drafted invoices.
What You Need:
Non-negotiables
Previous experience raising invoices.
Great attention to detail.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to complete step-by-step tasks.
Preferred skills/expertise
Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Familiarity with data management and reporting tools.
