Job Description
The Off-Shore Preproduction Data Processor plays a critical role in ensuring customer orders are processed with accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness. This position supports the Roofing and Sheetmetal Centre (RSC) by managing order-related data, providing quotes, and assisting with procurement and availability checks. The role requires a detail-oriented approach, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service in line with the company’s mission and values.
Exceptional Service Experience
Prioritise and triage all inbound email enquiries, ensuring urgent and order-related requests are addressed promptly.
Review orders for accuracy and completeness; escalate any issues or uncertainties to senior management for clarification and resolution.
Order Processing & Data Management
Use the internal quoting system to prepare accurate and timely quotes for customer orders.
Process and convert accepted quotes into production orders, including:
Raising purchase orders
Sending technical drawings to the factory
Coordinating delivery schedules
Update Hubspot
Ensure accurate and complete entry of job details into the system, including job cards and held invoices.
