In this role,you’llcreate visual assets that supportAccount-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns, global events, and digital marketing initiatives. Your work will span static and animated campaign assets, video content, and event-related creative that helps communicate complex ideas clearly and visually.
You’llcollaborate closely with Marketing, Events, Product Marketing, Campaign Strategy, and Content teams to translate messaging into compelling creative experiences across digital channels.
This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys working acrossgraphic design, motion graphics, and video, and who is comfortable contributing ideas while working collaboratively with a distributed global team.
WhatYou’llDo
Design visual assets forAccount-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns, including display ads, social media graphics, email visuals,website assets,and supporting campaign collateral
Create bothstatic and animated digital adsaligned with campaign messaging and brand guidelines
Develop visual assets forglobal events andfieldmarketing, includinglarge-scale booth graphics,event branding,presentation visuals,and promotional materials
Producemotion graphics, animations, and short-form video contentfor digital campaigns and social channels
Edit video content includingevent footage, campaign videos, demos, explainers, and testimonials
Collaborate closely with Copy, Campaign Strategy, Product Marketing, Events, and other stakeholders to bring campaigns and initiatives to life
Maintain consistency withPROS brand guidelines and visual identityacross all creative outputs
Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
WhatWe’reLooking For
5+ years of experiencein multimedia design, graphic design, motion graphics, or a related field
A strong portfoliodemonstratinggraphic design, animation, and videocreation
Experience creatingdigital marketing assetssuch as display ads, social graphics, email visuals, and campaign collateral
Ability to translate marketing messaging intoclear, engaging visual concepts
Experience working within establishedbrand guidelines and visual systems
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering polished, high-quality creative
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Multimedia, Visual Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
