一． 岗位职责
1. 负责集团酒店管理战略的制定与实施。
2. 带领团队完成集团各项目酒店的运营管理工作。
3. 全面协调和管理集团各项目的经营管理活动，确保其有效运作。
4. 组织策划集团内各种商务会议、促销活动等，提高客户满意度和品牌认知度。
5. 负责酒店业务数据的统计和分析，定期向上级领导汇报情况。
6. 协助领导开展各项经营计划的执行，监督并分析执行效果。
7. 负责组织安排各类培训和培训管理工作。
8. 做好内部关系维护工作，保证公司内部信息的畅通。
9. 对酒店业务的发展进行规划及决策。
10. 为酒店发展提供相关支持和服务。
11. 建立有效的客情关系，维护良好的客户关系。
12. 积极拓展新市场和新项目，开拓新的销售模式。
二． 应聘要求
1. 学历：相关专业本科及以上学历
2. 语言：中英
3. 具有10年以上酒店管理经验，其中至少三年以上高层管理职位经验。熟悉酒店行业的市场趋势和竞争态势，具备丰富的运营管理经验。
5. 具备出色的战略规划和执行能力，熟悉酒店运营管理的各个环节。
6. 具备优秀的团队管理和领导能力，能够有效激励员工并推动团队目标的实现。
7.具备较强的沟通、协调和解决问题的能力，具备高度的责任心和敬业精神。
8.具备良好的抗压能力，能够在高强度的工作环境下保持冷静和高效。
