Role Overview
We are looking for a Content Management Manager who brings a strong marketing mindset and deep expertise in digital asset and content platforms. This role sits within the marketing organization and works closely with product managers and global stakeholders to manage, optimize, and scale content operations.
You will act as both a strategist and operator, owning the content repository ecosystem while driving efficient, process-driven content workflows. This role requires experience managing global content for multiple markets, leveraging platforms such as Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems, Adobe Experience Manager, Workfront, or similar tools.
Key Responsibilities
Content Management & Repository Ownership
- Manage day-to-day operations of the organization’s content repository (DAM), ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance.
- Own and maintain content libraries, including version control, taxonomy, and metadata tagging.
- Act as the central point of governance for content assets across global markets.
Process Optimization & Automation
- Design and implement scalable, process-driven content workflows to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Drive automation initiatives leveraging AI-enabled tools and platforms to streamline content creation, updates, and publishing.
- Build intelligence into content platforms to improve discoverability, reuse, and lifecycle management.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner closely with marketing teams, product managers, and global stakeholders to align content strategy with business objectives.
- Ensure timely delivery of content assets to support campaigns, product launches, and regional market needs.
- Act as a bridge between business, marketing, and technology teams.
Strategy & Execution
- Contribute to content management strategy and lead execution of initiatives across platforms and markets.
- Ensure alignment between content operations and broader marketing goals and customer experience strategies.
- Champion best practices in content governance, structure, and lifecycle management.
Performance Monitoring & Governance
- Track and analyze content usage and performance metrics, identifying opportunities for optimization.
- Support governance activities, including audits, compliance checks, and adherence to content standards.
- Ensure consistency and quality across all content assets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 5–7 years of experience in content management, marketing operations, or similar roles
- Hands-on experience with:
- Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms
- Content Management Systems (CMS)
- Tools such as Adobe Experience Manager, Workfront, or similar platforms
- Experience supporting global or multi-market content operations
- Strong understanding of content lifecycle management and governance
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup and collaborate across time zones, particularly US stakeholders
