Job Summary

The Sales Associate (Field Work) is responsible for driving sales growth by actively engaging with potential customers, conducting field visits, and promoting the company’s products or services. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and the ability to meet sales targets in an on-the-ground environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to generate leads and acquire new customers
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective clients
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
• Identify market opportunities and provide competitor insights
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a timely manner
• Submit daily/weekly field activity and sales reports
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and client support
• Participate in company promotions, campaigns, and events
