Bid and Procurement Manager

 Bachelor’s degree in Legal Management, Public Administration, Political Science,

Business Management, or related fields.

 At least 5 years of experience in procurement or bidding (preferably in AEC industry)

 Proven track record of success in securing private and government contracts through

competitive bidding processes.

 Strong working knowledge of RA 9184 and government procurement processes

 Excellent communication, documentation, and negotiation skills

 Confident, professional, and comfortable engaging high-level stakeholders

 Trustworthy and detail-oriented

 Familiarity with PhilGEPS and Bid and Awards Committee procedures required

 Experience in contract review and legal compliance a plus
