Requirements :

Bachelor's Degree
QA leadership experience in a shared service or BPO environment
Six Sigma Green Belt, Lean certification, and / or ISO is REQUIRED.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
Preferably available to start immediately
