DevOps Lead

About the Role

As a Lead DevOps Engineer , you will provide technical leadership and strategic direction for automation, integration, and delivery solutions that accelerate feature development across global software teams . You will be responsible for defining best practices, mentoring engineers, and ensuring the scalability, security, and resilience of our development pipelines and workflows. This role requires a visionary mindset, strong technical depth, and the ability to influence and guide teams toward operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Strategic Ownership : Define and drive the DevOps roadmap, aligning automation and integration strategies with business objectives and global development needs.
• Technical Leadership : Lead the design and implementation of advanced automation frameworks and CI / CD pipelines, ensuring scalability, security, and resilience.
• Mentorship & Team Enablement : Coach and mentor DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Integration Architecture : Oversee the architecture and delivery of seamless integrations between development tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, Artifactory) and enterprise systems using Python and RESTful APIs.
• Innovation & Continuous Improvement : Identify emerging technologies and practices to keep our toolchain cutting-edge. Champion initiatives that enhance efficiency and reduce time-to-market.
• Governance & Standards : Establish and enforce best practices for automation, testing, and deployment across global teams.
• Problem Resolution : Provide expert guidance in resolving complex technical challenges, ensuring robust validation and operational stability.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with software development, infrastructure, and security teams to deliver integrated solutions that support lean agile practices.
