Job Description :

• Provide emergency and palliative care within the legal scope of nursing practice, including first aid, vital signs monitoring, health interviews, and dispensing of medication.
• Assess and determine employees’ health conditions and recommend whether they should be sent home or fit to continue working.
• Refer or transport employees to hospitals when necessary.
• Maintain and monitor medical supplies through regular inventory checks.
• Conduct home visits or follow-ups for employees with chronic conditions or those on extended sick leave as directed by the immediate head.
• Support employee wellness by implementing Annual Physical Examinations (APE) and other required medical assessments, coordinating with the Company Physician for results, monitoring, and clearance.
• Conduct workplace inspections to identify potential health risks.
• Promote health awareness by facilitating counseling sessions, training, and educational programs.
