Responsible for monitoring the platform activity, coordinating with the platform Key Account Manager and
other support groups i.e., Marketing, Fulfillment, Customer Service, MPC, IT and Audit teams, solving
problems at a day-to-day level especially with online orders. Ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of
the assigned platform, from store decoration to customer satisfaction.
Functions :
- Sales and Marketing – meet ecommerce KPIs and targets
- Customer Service and Management - provide solutions to customers’ common issues and expectations to
increase conversion
Maintenance and compliance to the platform’s service level agreement in order fulfillment and otherrequirements
Duties and Responsibilities include;Edit / Enter products and other data into Marketplace eCommerce system (Seller Center) and integrate withRPRO, PayRecon or any retail operating systems
Develop and implement eCommerce ads within Marketplace by coordinating with marketing, creative,development, production and warehouse teams
Manage day to day operations between warehouse, inventory, fulfillment, etc.Communicate with internal teams to coordinate inventory level / merchandise planning, new productarrival / promotion
Provide regular reporting to Accounting Department and direct reportsProvide regular reporting, insights and recommendations to Brand Director on ad campaignsQualifications :
Graduate of Marketing or Business Administration course or any related Business CourseMinimal but significant experience in E-commerce operationKnowledge in Shopify, Magento and other platforms or similar experience a plusMicrosoft Office proficiency is required
