IT Intern

The IT Intern will assist the IT department with various tasks to support the companys overall technology infrastructure. He / she will have hands-on experience in IT operations asset management and technical support.

Key responsibilities :

• Maintain and update IT asset inventory records including hardware and software details.
• Assist with the procurement process including vendor communication and order tracking.
• Support the setup configuration and deployment of IT hardware and software for end-users.
• Help maintain documentation related to software licenses warranties and compliance.
• Assist in the decommissioning and disposal of outdated or non-functional IT assets.
• Generate and analyze reports on IT asset usage inventory levels and compliance status.
• Provide support to end-users and participate in training sessions on IT asset management practices.
• Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate
