Account Officer (Ortigas)

Job description

Responsibilities

Source clients via affiliates, suppliers, and external networks
Conduct preliminary background and credit investigations
Overseeing loan processing up to release, monitoring payments, and promoting loan renewals.
Develop market value propositions; confirm and track client feedback and patronage.
Engage in cross-selling of related financial products (e.g., Asenso, Insuretayo)
Build strong relationships with agencies and associations
Create and deliver product presentations
Develop tracking systems to gather and analyze market data
Recommend and support marketing strategies and business targets
Coordinate formal background checks with Operations department
Prepare legal and loan-related documents (undertakings & mortgage contracts
Maintain and update client records and databases
Prepare and comply with required reports : Activity Reports, Monthly Work Programs, Work Program

Accomplishments, Review and recommend policies to better meet current and future client needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.

At least 1 year of marketing experience, preferably in a financial institution or a related industry.

Established networks or a client base is an advantage.
