Job Description
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals
 - Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
 - Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
 - Negotiate contracts and ensure regulatory compliance
 - Provide after-sales support and product detailing to optical outlets
 - Collaborate with marketing and training teams on campaigns and promotions
 - Enhance in-store brand visibility and gather market insights
 - Represent the company at trade shows and events
 - Monitor accounts receivables to meet DSO targets
 The Successful Applicant
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a Diploma in Optometry
 - At least 5 years' experience in BD or sales, preferably in the optical industry
 - Proven ability to hunt, close deals, and grow accounts
 - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
 - Business acumen with analytical and financial insight
 - Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office tools
 - A people-oriented mindset and ability to work independently or in teams
 - Willingness to travel across the Philippines
