The Role :
We are looking for experienced Online Assistants to support our Travel Account team. Your main role will be to assist customers with their travel needs — including bookings, changes, cancellations, and general inquiries — using popular GDS tools such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
You’ll communicate with customers via email, chat, or ticketing systems, ensuring that their travel experience is smooth and stress-free.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage travel bookings, rebookings, cancellations, and itinerary updatesUse GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) efficiently and accuratelyRespond to customer inquiries via non-voice channels (chat, email, ticketing)Ensure documentation and booking details are updated correctlyDeliver high-quality service that meets both customer and company standardsQualifications :
At least 1 year of hands-on experience with GDS tools (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc.)High School graduate (K-12), college level, or college graduateStrong English communication skills (written and verbal)High attention to detail and good problem-solving skillsMust be willing to work onsite on a fixed weekday scheduleWhat We Offer :
