Required Experience :

・Bachelor's degree holder

・At least 3 years’ Team Lead / Supervisory experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics operations.

・Strong organizational and analytical skills.

・Proficient in MS Office programs.

・Ability to identify and solve operational issues.

・Demonstrates fairness, consistency, and leadership in managing teams.

・Experience in the food industry or supply chain management.

・Knowledge of SAP or other warehouse management systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

・Oversee day-to-day operations of the warehouse and distribution center.

・Ensure all manual and system-generated transactions are accurate and documented properly.

・Assist in implementing process improvements for operational efficiency.

・Monitor inventory to ensure completeness and accuracy (physical vs. system counts).

・Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness in the warehouse.

・Train, supervise, and monitor warehouse personnel.

・Ensure proper maintenance of reusable crates and equipment.
