Job Summary:

We are seeking a sophisticated, service-oriented Sales Associate to join our luxury women’s fashion boutique.

This role requires an elevated level of client engagement, deep product knowledge, and a passion for high-end fashion. You will be responsible for providing a personalized shopping experience, building lasting client relationships, and contributing to the Bel Canto Inc. K & Company boutique's overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver an exceptional, personalized client experience, embodying the brand’s standards of luxury and excellence.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through thoughtful service, clientele, and follow-up communication.
• Offer expert styling advice and wardrobe consultations tailored to each client’s preferences and lifestyle.
• Stay well-informed on product knowledge, seasonal collections, brand heritage, and current fashion trends.
• Consistently achieve or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to team performance.
• Maintain the boutique’s visual standards, ensuring the space reflects the brand’s luxury aesthetic at all times.
• Support inventory management, including stock replenishment, product rotation, and special orders.
• Handle all POS transactions with accuracy, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Uphold the highest level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity in all client and team interactions.

Qualifications:

• A college degree is required; we welcome applications from recent graduates eager
• to begin their career in luxury retail.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in luxury retail or high-end customer service is
• an advantage.
• Passion for luxury fashion, styling, and client engagement
• Polished appearance and professional demeanor consistent with a luxury brand image.
• Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude.
• Attention to detail and willingness to take initiative.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships through clientele practices.
• Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and manage light physical tasks as needed
