Call Center Agent

Job Summary :

We are seeking motivated Call Center Agents to join our team. You will handle inbound / outbound calls, provide excellent customer support, and resolve inquiries efficiently.

Responsibilities :

Respond to customer calls, emails, or chats promptly

Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues

Maintain detailed records of interactions

Meet performance metrics and service standards

Qualifications :

18 years old or above

Good communication skills in English

High school diploma or higher

Customer service experience is a plus

Flexible to work assigned shifts (Day / Night)
