Job descriptionEnsure compliance with ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices for packaging and labeling. Identify areas for improvement in production processes to reduce waste, defects, and customer complaints.
Work Schedule : Monday to Saturday, 7am to 4pm

Job Description :
- Manage overall quality control of the manufacturing process.
- Establish and enforce quality control standards and procedures for packaging, labels, and sticker production.
- Monitor all stages of production, from raw material inspection to final product delivery, to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Ensure adhesion, print accuracy, color consistency, and durability of stickers and labels meet company and client expectations.
- Conduct investigations on customer feedbacks regarding material issues and provide corrective actions.
- Direct and monitor activities of Quality Control staff to ensure that all functions support company objectives to deliver quality products.
- Ensure that all employees comply with the implemented standard performance.
- Set KPIs for the QA team to measure and enhance performance.
