Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Finance is an advantage
Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in finance / accounting
At least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role
Preferably with background in manufacturing or food processing industry
Responsibilities
Responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, cost management, treasury, taxation, and compliance.
Ensures accurate financial reporting, maintains internal controls, and supports strategic decision-making.
Manages cash flow, inventory, and cost efficiency, especially within a manufacturing setup.
Leads the finance team, promotes ethical practices, and acts as a key advisor to senior management on financial planning, investments, and business growth initiatives.
