Telecom Pricing Associate

Summary

Primarily Telecom Pricing Associate prices out transactional requests, sends out templated emails to the partner companies addressing their concerns, and performs mainly data entry roles that are task-based.

Responsibilities

• Complete quote requests for Telecom Supplier
• Salesforce Quote Management & Compliance
• Maintain an SLA of 4 hrs. with responses within Salesforce
• Salesforce task management- follow up on outstanding quotes
• Basic Pricing Proposal (single site)
• Multisite Proposal engagement & handoff to team Support Coordinator
• Deal Registrations for Telecom Suppliers
• Segmentation and Site Telecom Suppliers.
• Ensure accuracy of Signed Contract/Documents, Order Gathering forms and LOAs.
• First Level on Pricing Escalations
• Back-office support
• Traffic cop- Pre-Sales questions through company Glip and email
• Relationship with agents, internal departments and suppliers
• Manage & set expectations on turnaround with partners and suppliers
• Team Coverage (as needed)
• Attend Regular Supplier Trainings with Telecom Suppliers

Qualifications

• Telecom experience 6months+
• Customer service background
• Microsoft office
• intermediate computer knowledge
• Intermediate comprehension on carriers are product offerings
• Exceptional written and verbal skills with engaging phone presence
