Job Requirements :
✨Bachelors degree holder
✨With at least 2 years’ experience in US Payroll, Tax, and employee benefits
✨Willing to work on a Graveyard Shift
✨Amenable to work onsite in McKinley, Taguig
✨Can start as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities :
✨ Examine, create, and finish the necessary tax registrations for each jurisdiction and tax location.
✨Regularly review tax files and transfers related to payroll transmissions.
✨ Keep an eye out for and address tax notices, mistakes, and discrepancies; if necessary, work with vendors to address problems that are found.
Help with the continuous audit and evaluation of employee tax records
✨ Regularly reconcile all relevant taxes and adjustments.
As a subject matter expert (SME), look into and fix a range of tax-related problems.
✨ Mentor other employees if required.
Support and / or backup the Senior Payroll Tax Coordinators as needed.
✨Other task may be assigned by immediate superior
