Sales Manager for Commercial Air Conditioning (Pasig City)

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any related field

Proven 10 years’ experience in HVAC or related industry with at least 5 years in a leadership role

Strong background in Commercial Air Conditioning systems and solutions

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

Ability to drive sales strategies, achieve targets, and manage key accounts

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Develop and implement sales strategies for CAC products (CAC, VRF, Chillers)

Manage and support the sales team to maximize performance and productivity

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and business partners

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights for business growth

Prepare reports, forecasts, and sales presentations for management review
