Position Summary :
We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to lead sales initiatives, build strong client relationships, and drive business growth. This role works closely with the Sales Team Lead and is viewed as a potential successor, supporting leadership transition planning.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales & Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Manage and grow key accounts
- Prepare proposals, project solutions, and government bidding documents
- Negotiate pricing and close deals with key clients
- Assist with collections and ensure client satisfaction
- Partnership Development
- Foster relationships with industry partners
- Explore strategic alliances and ensure timely payments to partners
- Leadership & Management
- Set sales goals aligned with business strategy
- Lead sales meetings, monitor progress, and support team development
- Participate in management committee discussions and strategic planning
- Collaborate closely with Sales Team Lead for seamless succession planning
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldMinimum of 5 years’ experience in B2B sales or account managementStrong background in IT solutions sales and client managementExperience in government bidding and private sector accreditationLeadership experience is a plusProficient in CRM tools and Microsoft OfficeWilling to travel for client meetings
