Position : Private Equity Associate

Work Schedule : Night Shift (9 : 00 PM- 6 : 00AM
Salary : Php 85,000-Php 90,000
Work Set Up : Hybrid (2-4x a month)
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
✨ Bachelor’s degree Holder in Accounting and Finance
✨ At least 1 to 3 years’ experience in Private Equity
✨ Experience in private fund accounting is an advantage
✨ Amenable to attend interviews
✨ Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
✨ Manage private equity funds, including negotiating, overseeing, and managing credit as required.
✨ Handle team transactions, encompassing cash management and reconciliation processes.
✨ Lead company performance reporting and act as the primary point of contact.
✨ Collaborate with finance and investment teams on quarterly reporting and overall team performance.
✨ Provide support for special projects and ad-hoc requests, including investor updates.
