SAP Financial Accounting (FI) Consultant

We're looking for an experienced SAP FI Consultant who can help clients transform their finance processes through SAP. You'll be hands-on throughout the project working closely with teams and clients to design, configure, and deliver smart, effective solutions.

What you'll do:

• Understand business needs and application requirements

• Lead the creation of system and functional specifications

• Drive fit-gap analysis to match SAP solutions to business needs

• Map and model business processes with the client

• Configure SAP FI based on business requirements

• Plan, create, and run tests to confirm everything works as it should

• Maintain complete and accurate project documentation

• Share your expertise by training clients and transferring knowledge

• Lead communication with both the project team and client

• Support deployment and post-go-live support (AMS)

• Ensure high-quality work both your own and your teammates

• Mentor junior team members and help them grow

• Join pre-sales efforts when needed

What we're looking for:

• At least 3 full-cycle SAP FI project implementations

• Strong experience configuring SAP FI and integrating it with other SAP modules

• Deep understanding of Record-to-Report (R2R) processes

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus

• SAP certification is a strong advantage

• Experience with SAP Fiori is preferred

• Comfortable with consulting practices and working directly with clients

• Able to build trust and good relationships with clients

• Excellent time management and the ability to deliver under pressure

• Strong mentoring and coaching skills

• A team player who thrives in collaborative environments

• Solid problem-solving and analytical thinking

• Good communication and presentation skills

• Can follow company processes and best practices

• Willing to be assigned outside Metro Manila or abroad, if needed
