JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist on planning, execution, and delivery of sales projects according to strict

deadlines and within budget.

Work closely with clients to gather project requirements, identify business

needs, and develop tailored IT solutions to meet client objectives.

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop project proposals and estimates to support the sales process.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing any issues that may

arise to ensure successful project delivery.

Conduct thorough quality assurance checks to ensure that deliverables meet

client expectations and adhere to company standards.

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status

reports, and meeting minutes.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

With at least 1 year experience in structured cabling projects, in project

management, preferably in an IT sales environment.

Must be willing to do offsite work and be assigned in Brgy. Bagong Ilog, Pasig

City.
