Job descriptionSupervise daily architectural and fit-out works on site Ensure works comply with approved plans, specifications, and quality standards Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and MEPFS teams for smooth execution Review drawings, raise RFIs, and assist in resolving design issues Prepare daily reports and assist in material inspection and approval Monitor progress and participate in punch list, QA / QC, and turnover activities BS Architecture graduate, licensed or non-licensed 2+ years site supervision experience in architectural or fit-out works Strong attention to detail, site coordination, and quality control skills Able to interpret drawings and manage site issues effectively Willing to be site-based; good communication and teamwork skills Experience in mid-rise or fit-out projects Basic AutoCAD and MS Office / Docs familiarity

About the Role
We’re hiring a Site Architect to oversee architectural works, ensure design intent is implemented, and coordinate with MEPFS and structural trades on site. You’ll help manage quality, finishes, and compliance from shell works to fit-out, ensuring every detail meets project standards and timelines.
