Job Description
Own Brand and Commercial Strategy
Define bold, differentiated strategies for each brand in response to market shifts.Drive prescriber and pharmacist engagement in positioning and promotion.Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to shape brand and portfolio strategies.Leverage data analytics to identify growth opportunities and measure marketing effectiveness.Drive Offtake / Sell-out Growth
Lead programs that directly influence consumer pull and pharmacy recommendations.Monitor and report quarterly offtake trends, developing actionable plans to close performance gaps.Lead Innovation & Business Case Quality
Build and manage a pipeline of innovative, pilotable initiatives with clear KPIs and ROI logic.Review and approve major proposals for feasibility, clarity, and commercial potential.Act as a strategic portfolio architect ensuring optimal product lifecycle management from pre-launch to maturity.Forecast Ownership & Variance Control
Co-own sales forecasts with Sales, analyzing and correcting variances monthly.Maintain granular understanding of sales drivers (e.g., prescription volumes, promotional activity).Ensure marketing plans are linked to bottom-up volume assumptions and risk-mitigation measures.Pharmacy Channel Development
Develop pharmacist engagement programs (education, visibility, loyalty) in collaboration with SFE and Trade.Monitor pharmacy influence, especially for genericized products, and adjust tactics accordingly.Cross-functional Execution
Work closely with Sales, SFE, and Trade to ensure fast and aligned execution of strategic priorities.Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to track and communicate marketing's contribution to commercial KPIs.The Successful Applicant
Position Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.Minimum of 7 years of Marketing and Sales Management experience in a multinational pharmaceutical company.Proven track record in developing markets for specific brands or products.Preferred Profile
