Job Description: Youll be at the center of coordinating multiple IT projects simultaneously for a forward-thinking MSP thats redefining how technology services are delivered. Responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple IT projects simultaneously ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations
  
• Collaborate directly with stakeholders and clients in a customer-facing capacity
  
• Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines for both retainer-based work and one-off projects
  
• Coordinate proactive network management tasks and reactive project deliverables
  
• Manage calendars and coordinate scheduling across multiple projects and clients
  
• Work within performance-based billing model managing retainer blocks and project hours
  
• Maintain project documentation and track progress using integrated management tools
  
• Ensure clear communication between all project stakeholders throughout project lifecycles
  

Requirements:

• Proven project management experience preferably in IT or MSP environments
  
• Strong experience with Autotask (ticketing system and billing platform) - this is essential
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook for calendar management and scheduling
  
• Strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  
• Experience with general administrative tasks and project coordination
  
• Bonus if you have familiarity with MSP service delivery models
  
• It helps if you have experience with integrated project management tools
