Thakral One is reinforcing quality governance for large-scale application delivery. As Test Manager, you will define and oversee testing strategy, defect management, and UAT readiness for Salesforce and MuleSoft solutions.

The Role.

• Define test strategies, plans, and scenarios aligned with sprint cadence.
• Govern defect lifecycle and enforce SLA by severity.
• Track and report on quality KPIs, including UAT sign-offs and hypercare defect thresholds.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners for coverage.
• Ensure readiness for release deployments and dry runs.
