Job descriptionHealth Maintenance Organization (HMO) coverage for the employee and two dependents starting on the first day. Quarterly performance bonuses. Excellent opportunities for career growth and exposure to various accounts. Weekends off. Responsibilities : Developing process definitions or frameworks for coaching, training, reporting, governance, and workforce management. Implementing process improvements and creating process frameworks. Requirements : At least 5 years of experience in the BPO sector with a focus on customer service. Minimum of 4 years of leadership experience managing a customer service team. A college degree in any field. Willingness to work flexible shifts. Must be available to work onsite in BGC Taguig. Able to start immediately.
