We’re in search of experienced Online Assistants to join our growing Hotel Reservation Team. If you have strong written communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and experience in chat or email support, this is your opportunity to grow your career in a professional and supportive environment.
What will you be doing?
- Assisting customers via chat and email with hotel bookings, confirmations, cancellations, and inquiries
- Providing accurate and timely information about room availability, pricing, and hotel policies
- Ensuring each interaction meets our high customer service standards
- Updating customer records and reservation details in the internal system
- Following internal guidelines to maintain quality and compliance
Do you qualify?
You do if you have :
Completed High School (K–12 or Old Curriculum)At least 6 months of BPO or customer service experienceExcellent written English communication skillsA keen eye for detail and a service-oriented mindsetSolid computer and typing skillsThe ability to work onsite and on shifting schedulesWillingness to work Monday to Friday (Weekends Off!)What’s in it for you?
