DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial Planning and Strategy

Advises on capital investments, mergers, acquisitions, and financial restructuring

Financial Operations

Oversees all finance and accounting functions, including financial reporting, tax management, and treasury operations

Ensures accurate financial records and timely reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements

Leadership and Team Management

Manages the finance and accounting teams to enhance performance and productivity

Collaborates with department heads to align financial goals with business strategies

Risk Management

Identifies, assesses, and mitigates financial risks affecting the company

Ensures adherence to financial regulations and industry standards
