If you’re an ambitious, detail-oriented professional eager to grow and excel in affiliate marketing, we want you on our team!   Salary Range :   $ 6.50 - $ 7.50 per hour (PHP 65,000 - 75,000 per month) Note : Rate / Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

The Benefits Work Set-up : Permanent Work From Home  Bonuses :    Attendance Bonus of $ 25 for every monthly perfect attendance Performance Bonus Anniversary Bonus of PHP 5,000 for your 1st year in service and PHP 10,000 for 2 years in service  Referral Bonus of $ 300 for every successful referral  Holiday Paid Time Off (PTO) for 7 days in a year Paid Time Offs (PTO) for 6 days in a year Health Card Plan   What You'll Do Performance Reporting : Download and prepare performance reports using our proprietary analytics tool for End of Week (EOW), End of Month (EOM), and End of Year (EOY) deliverables.

Compliance Monitoring : Conduct weekly checks of affiliate sites for valid and invalid promotion codes, sending templated emails to partners in violation.

Outreach for Corrections : Send outbound templated emails to partners requesting corrections for compliance violations.

BrandVerity Checks : Perform semi-weekly BrandVerity checks to monitor for trademark infringements and follow up with violators via templated emails.

KPI Oversight : Check client KPIs daily, comparing them to defined guardrails and flagging any discrepancies to the Account Manager.

Monthly Recaps : Process monthly voids and edits, compiling a comprehensive recap for internal review.

Publisher Outreach : Assist in building publisher lists by researching contacts for our provided list of publishers.

What We're Looking For Experience : 2+ years in affiliate marketing.

Tools : Familiarity with Commission Junction or similar tools, and experience with BrandVerity or similar platforms.

Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal English communication skills are essential.

Technical Proficiency : Intermediate experience with Excel / GSheets and MS Office.

Client Management : Experience working with multiple clients or brands is a plus.

Detail-Oriented : You should be highly organized, proactive, resourceful, and capable of delivering quality work on time.

Schedule : Ability to work in any US timezone or a graveyard / night shift schedule in the Philippines, ensuring effective collaboration with our global team.
