Key Responsibilities :

• Receive Daily Job Reports (DJR) from each group / trade for encoding
• Review DJRs for incorrect entries (e.g., name, employee number, main code, subcode)
• Organize DJRs according to group
• Encode data into Excel, arrange alphabetically, and save files by date
• Check and correct any encoding errors
• Photocopy DJRs and submit to the Timekeeper with corresponding soft copies
• Correct encoding errors identified during Timekeeper review
• Provide clerical and administrative support as needed
