Duties : Customer Engagement
Identify and contact potential customers for business opportunities.Schedule daily customer appointments and make product presentations.Maintain profitable and productive relationships with customers.Provide excellent services and ensure customer satisfaction.Database Management
Update customer database with contact details and interest information from prospective customers.Product Knowledge
Maintain up-to-date knowledge about product information and promotions.Online Sales and Market Research & Analysis
Stays informed of industry trends, best practices, and emerging methodologies in online sales to ensure that the company remains adaptable and competitive.Contributes insights that help shape the organization’s approach to online sales strategies and customer engagement, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.The incumbent is expected to report for work daily according to the schedule set by the employer, must be physically and mentally fit to perform the assigned tasks, must be willing to travel to do field work depending on the needs and occasion, may be requested to work overtime.
