WHAT this role means for you :
This is an onsite, full-time role for a Head of Brand Operations where you’ll be responsible for transforming the Chief Brand Officer's strategic vision into flawless, scalable execution.
This role ensures that every brand initiative, from campaigns to product launches, move seamlessly from concept to delivery. Acting as the operational nucleus of the Brand organization, the Head of Brand Operations enables the CBO to focus on vision, storytelling, and brand direction while owning all logistics, timelines, workflows, and cross-functional coordination.

1. Translate the CBO’s strategic direction into actionable plans, workflows, and execution frameworks.
2. Build and maintain annual / quarterly brand operating plans and cross-functional roadmaps.
1. Oversee all brand and marketing initiatives from planning through launch and post-launch review.
2. Ensure nothing falls through the cracks—owning timelines, deliverables, and quality control.
1. Own content calendars, production timelines, asset trackers, and approval processes.
2. Maintain centralized systems for content, campaign documentation, and operational visibility.
1. Track all operational brand and marketing KPIs : Social posting cadence, PR performance metrics, campaign readiness, launch milestones and dependencies.
2. Prepare dashboards, weekly reports, and status updates for leadership.
1. Serve as the connecting hub across : Product, Growth, CRM, Social, PR / Comms, Creator teams, and external agencies.
2. Define and enforce collaboration workflows, SLAs, and feedback loops that ensure speed and accountability.
1. Manage creative and production workflows, from brief intake through delivery.
2. Set up systems for efficient resourcing, reviews, and quality assurance.
3. Support creative teams through clear processes, documentation, and operational structure.
1. Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across teams, channels, and markets.
2. Maintain brand libraries, templates, and internal education tools.
1. Identify bottlenecks and create solutions for smoother execution.
2. Drive process automation and tooling that increase clarity, predictability, and speed.
3. Hold teams accountable to deadlines while fostering a collaborative environment.
