Responsibilities

1. Supervising and Monitoring Daily Operations

2. Can communicate with internal and external client related to operations (escalations, concern, suggestions and seeking for disposition.

3. Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of frontline associates by providing coaching, guidance, and support as needed while also developing a strong team culture of inclusion and belonging.

4. Take proactive measures to consistently uphold compliance with health and safety regulations, fostering a culture of heightened safety awareness throughout the organization.

5. Monitor key performance indicators (KPI's) and operational metrics to track performance and identify areas of improvement.

6. Provide regular reports and analysis to management, highlighting achievements for enhancing warehouse operations.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred

2. Must be residing at Sta. Rosa Laguna or near municipalities

3. With Good communication skills (written or oral)

4. 1+ years operations experience in lead / supervisor / management role, preferred.

5. 1+ year logistics industry experience, preferred.

6. Staff management, workload planning, objective setting and organizational skills, preferred.
