Industrial Manager- 3 yrs Experience

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field

5+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing management

Strong leadership and team management skills

Proficiency in production planning and process optimization

Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Experience with ERP and manufacturing software systems

Ability to manage budgets and control operational costs

Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Strong organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities :

Oversee daily industrial operations and production activities

Develop and implement process improvement strategies

Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations

Manage production budgets and control costs

Coordinate with engineering, logistics, and quality teams

Monitor performance metrics and generate reports

Lead and mentor production staff and supervisors

Implement lean manufacturing and Six Sigma practices

Ensure timely delivery of products to meet customer demands

Maintain equipment and schedule preventive maintenance
