This role partners closely with hiring managers and business leaders to deliver high-quality talent for IT, payments, and financial services operations through proactive sourcing, structured assessments, and strong client management.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
End-to-End Technical Recruitment Manage full-cycle recruitment for Payreto’s technical and operations roles, including but not limited to: Payments Operations Banking Operations IT & Systems Support Risk, Compliance, and Transaction Monitoring Technical Support and Platform Operations Conduct in-depth screening to assess technical capability, domain knowledge, and operational readiness.
Coordinate technical, functional, and behavioral interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
Facilitate offer management, negotiations, and candidate closing.
Sourcing & Headhunting Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and headhunting channels.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of niche technical and financial operations talent.
Perform market mapping for hard-to-fill roles within payments and banking operations.
Recruitment Operations & ATS Management Maintain accurate candidate records, workflows, and reporting in the ATS.
Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, aging, and source effectiveness.
Ensure adherence to recruitment SLAs and process standards.
Stakeholder & Client Management Act as a trusted recruitment partner to hiring managers and leadership.
Provide consultative guidance on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and hiring strategies.
Manage expectations, timelines, and communication across all stakeholders.
WHAT SHOULD YOU HAVE?
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related technical fields.
Must have basic to intermediate in G Suite/MS Office Suite Deep understanding of payments, fintech, and banking operations talent markets.
Process-oriented Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to work well under pressure with a high degree of accuracy Ability to establish collaborative working relationships with extended team members Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
Proven experience hiring for IT, Payments, and Banking Operations roles.
